Tasks and requirements
Tasks and responsibilities:
Research and identification of suitable advertising events and marketing opportunities.
Managing and maintaining the company's social media presence.
Support in creating videos and other content for digital communication.
Office support with daily tasks, such as procuring water and other office needs.
Supporting the team with general organizational tasks and the preparation of meetings and events.
General support with office work and management.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience or interest in social media and digital communication.
Experience working with AI models
Advantageous: Experience working with Canva and/or Wix
Creativity and interest in creating videos and visual content.
Openness and strong communication skills, no fear of new topics and challenges.
Willingness to try new things and to help shape the future.
Teamwork skills and good communication skills.
Proactive and independent work style, with the ability to also take on smaller organizational tasks.
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
